A former public address announcer for William Paterson ice hockey, staff-writer for Elite Sports NY and Stats Analyst for ESPN, JackKnife is one of the most passionate sports fans you'll ever meet. When the global pandemic forced him to leave ESPN, that itch for a sports media career never left Jack, which led to him teaming up with his friends to create Nerds Talking Sports. Being a fan of the New York Rangers, Yankees, Jets, Knicks, and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, he's experienced the euphoria of their successes and the anguish of their defeats, mostly the ladder. Other interests of Jack's include movies, TV shows, comics, and American history. You'll be able to tell because when he's on a roll, he'll probably bring up at least one of those things for an analogy. You might not agree with everything he says, but he'll make sure you at least understand his point of view.

With a deep rooted passion for NASCAR and INDYCAR, Tommy doesn't just watch the races, he analyzes every pit strategy and fuel window. ​That same dedication carries over to a lifelong loyalty to the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Yankees, making for a sports palette that’s as diverse as it is intense. By night, Tommy is a musician, using a studio-honed ear to produce and edit the podcast to ensure every episode sounds like a championship-caliber broadcast.
